The Tidemark Company licenses soft coastal familiars from Poring Haven. They follow you, eat Tide Jelly, and give tiny loyal bonuses — they do not fight. For combat companions, use Tidemark mercenary contracts.

Harbor Pet Broker on the Izlude Company annex (144,174), beside the Harbor Ledger / Tidemark Broker — north of the quay desk row.
How to get one
Buy a tame at the Broker (or find a rare egg drop in the Haven).
In Poring Haven, stand by the matching monster and use the tame.
Hatch the egg at a pet breeder NPC.
Keep them fed with Tide Jelly.
Capture can fail — keep a spare candy.

Tips
Soft bonuses only — intimacy matters (Cordial → Loyal).
Egg drops from matching Haven mobs are uncommon collectibles, not a farm route.
Vanilla pets (Poring, Marin, etc.) still work as before.
