How To Obtain
Talk to Maren the Tidewright in Izlude and turn in aquatic monster drops plus zeny for each piece. Drowned Aequoria also feeds into this progression through Coral Reef rewards.
Lore
The Tideborn did not simply forge their armor. They grew it from coral and bound living currents into cloth. Reassembling this set is part of restoring a lost kingdom.
