Ocean Gear Quest
- NPC: Maren the Tidewright

- Type: One-time per character, per piece — any order
- Reward: the six-piece Ocean Gear set
Maren is the last of the Tideborn smiths. Bring her what deep-sea creatures carry and she'll reforge each piece of Aequoria's lost armory.

Where to farm the materials
These drop from aquatic / water-property monsters. Sharp Scale, Fish Tail, Gill, Scell and Shell come from common coastal and underwater mobs (Marina, Vadon, Cornutus, Hydra, Marse, Obeaune and friends — try the Byalan Island dungeon and beach maps). Crystal Blue, Coral Reef and Cyfar drop from tougher water and aquatic monsters.
Tips
- The menu greys out pieces you've already forged and shows live counts (green when you have enough).
- Forge the whole set and Maren has a special parting line — and a hint toward the fire keeper.
